I'm Cristal Finley. I spent years on the funding side of the table, hold an MBA, and serve on nonprofit boards, including as a nonprofit board treasurer and a past president of a regional professional association. I'm an enrolled member of the Yakama Nation, and much of my work is with Native, BIPOC, and community-led organizations. My team and I give small nonprofits the support they cannot staff in-house.
